The Church Committee's investigation of the FBI, NSA, and CIA in the early 1970s uncovered the existence of the CIA's secret mind control program, MKULTRA. This program non-consensually co-opted men, women, and children into experiments to access and control the human mind. Although officially shut down, in actuality mind control research programs are secretly thriving today among the US military and intelligence agencies. After several decades, these covert programs have achieved a high degree of success at the expense of the lives and livelihoods of many thousands of citizens whose complaints of stalking and intrusions have so far gone unheeded. The complete dissolution of our rights to privacy and other civil liberties as citizens and human beings is imminently at risk.

NRO MASINT

The NRO's 2008 Review and Redaction Guide shows the limited information that can be released about the NRO's MASINT activities:

Release:
1. Fact that NRO systems perform MASINT collection.
2. Fact that U.S./NRO systems perform overhead measurement and signature intelligence (MASINT) collection.
3. General information surrounding the fact that the NRO is associated with MASINT in an R&D connotation.

Redact:
1. All information about R&D, operational and nonoperational NRO MASINT collection and processing, with only a few exceptions, as indicated [above]. Information to be redacted includes system descriptions, technology, capabilities and operations, program names and numbers, dates, contractors, funding, facility locations, and satellite vulnerabilities, including susceptibility to denial, deception, and countermeasures.

DoD directive 5105.58 declares the National MASINT Management Office (NMMO), a joint organization subordinate to the director of the DIA, as managing the US MASINT System (USMS), a system-of-systems which provides the framework for tasking, collection, processing, exploitation and dissemination of MASINT. The NRO and DIA are considered mission partners in this regard where the NRO's responsibility is to "research, develop, acquire, launch, and maintain the operational capability of national space-based MASINT collection systems" including the "command and control of platforms and other systems required to enable space-based MASINT intelligence collection, processing, and dissemination." The NRO is "jointly staffed by members of the armed services, the Central Intelligence Agency, and DoD civilian personnel."

This leads me to believe that the NRO is on equal footing with the DIA as a suspect in the US government's remote neural monitoring activities.

FBI Tip Line

I submitted this tip to the FBI last week and have yet to receive a phone call, email or personal visit. Maybe it's because I defined the constellation as LEO without including the possibility of MEO. Or maybe it's much simpler than that. Maybe they are an accomplice.

I would like to emphasize this information as a suspected tip. In 2006 an organization within the US government began openly communicating with me through remote sensing technology. These communications have taken the form of psychic driving, clicks and high frequency ringing, to name a few. My experience is consistent with brainwashing techniques developed by the CIA during project MKULTRA.

My personal investigation into the matter has identified the DIA as the prime suspect with possible cooperation from the CIA, NSA and NRO. The sensors are MASINT and possibly ELINT and operate from a low Earth orbit satellite constellation for realtime global coverage. These sensors can monitor and trigger a target's brain states including the transmission of auditory and visual messages directly to the mind.

The ground stations and processing facilities could be at any of several secure locations in the United States or other UKUSA state with the most sensitive being in a silo type environment underground. The computers are advanced enough to decode and respond to the thoughts of a multitude of targets without any perceptible delay.

What are my rights in this matter? Will it be investigated? Can the culprits be prosecuted? This is of utmost urgency as many people are suffering from the misuse of this technology.

Space Preservation Act

The Space Preservation Act sponsored by representative Dennis Kucinich calls for a ban on the weaponization of space. This is an extension of the Outer Space Treaty of 1967 which bans the stationing of weapons of mass destruction in space. Its first introduction on October 2, 2001 included an extensive list of what could be called exotic weapons--psychotronics, chemtrails, weather modification, tectonic weapons, and others. On April 19, 2002 an unfavorable executive comment was received from the DoD pertaining to this bill. Perhaps anticipating this backlash the bill was redrafted and reintroduced on January 23, 2002 with a more conservative scope--exotic weapons were presumably redefined as 'undeveloped means'. Both bills died in committee. The redraft with some further edits was introduced in both the 108th and 109th Congresses only to again die in committee. As of now the bill has not been introduced in any subsequent Congress. The bill is summarized on Mr. Kucinich's website where peculiarly the 2001 version is not mentioned.

The most relevant line pertaining to space-based mind control was omitted in later versions of the bill:

The terms `weapon' and `weapons system' mean a device capable of any of the following:...(ii) Inflicting death or injury on, or damaging or destroying, a person (or the biological life, bodily health, mental health, or physical and economic well-being of a person)...(II) through the use of land-based, sea-based, or space-based systems using radiation, electromagnetic, psychotronic, sonic, laser, or other energies directed at individual persons or targeted populations for the purpose of information war, mood management, or mind control of such persons or populations

Assuming this definition was redefined as an 'undeveloped mean' in later versions, would a space-based mind control weapon developed in secrecy still apply? And would the damage now have to be strictly physical instead of psychological considering the physical nature of the other redrafted definitions?

The purview of the bill also excludes putting a ban on any surveillance, reconnaissance or remote sensing activities that are not related to space-based weapons or systems. As clarification of this point Mr. Kucinich's website says "The use of space-based reconnaissance and intelligence equipment would be permitted". Does this mean a space-based system which facilitates telepathy is not a weapon? Or is it only considered a weapon when it is used for mind control. And what about the privacy of thought? Are we entitled to having our thoughts private or are they open for capture from space-based systems?

In my view there should be legislation banning these systems. It's the safe thing to do. For those affected it would grant rights and for the disbelievers it should not matter, it's not real, right?

John Akwei v. NSA

Those researching electronic harassment will no doubt come across the case of John Akwei v. NSA. Mr. Akwei alleges the NSA used it resources, including remote physiological devices, to illegally harass and surveil him for over a decade. Mr. Akwei brought his case before the US District Court in Washington DC in 1992 only to have it dismissed due to the Court being unable to identify any legal cause of action. In 1996 Nexus Magazine published Mr. Akwei's evidence dossier which he compiled after the ruling. The dossier has been republished on several websites sometimes with the spurious claim that Mr. Akwei is a former NSA employee. Other sites have taken the liberty of adding their own content without proper attribution. Wanting to filter the misinformation I ordered the case file from the Washington National Records Center in Suitland, MD. I have also confirmed that Mr. Akwei is alive and well and as he acknowledges is not now nor has ever been employed by the NSA nor has he ever made any such claims. He also affirms that the images posted here are not his and that in other republications of his dossier the last paragraph has been changed. No other legal action has been taken by Mr. Akwei since the 1992 ruling.

In the interest of presenting the facts of this case I have scanned and uploaded the documents I received from the WNRC. Certain names have been redacted per Mr. Akwei's request to protect those who may have been falsely accused due to deception. The note "no page 4 per pltf." is the result of a page numbering error.

Microwave Hearing

The microwave auditory effect (also known as the Frey effect or the microwave hearing effect) is perceived as a "buzz, clicking, hiss, or knocking" originating "within, or immediately behind, the head". While its mechanism is not entirely understood, the prevailing theory is that pulsed microwaves become absorbed by tissue in the skull creating a thermoelastic wave sensed by the inner ear. Sources cite the first anecdotal accounts as occurring during World War II by personnel working in close proximity to radar equipment. A subsequent discovery occurred in 1947 by radar technicians at Airborne Instruments Laboratory and is described in the article "An Observation on the Detection by the Ear of Microwave Signals".

Research in the United States began with the work of Allan Frey whose seminal publications "Auditory system response to radio frequency energy. Technical note." (1961) and "Human auditory systems response to modulated electromagnetic energy" (1962) were the first to investigate the effect. Frey used transmitters which were "pulse modulated with no information placed on the signal". By varying transmitter parameters such as pulse width, peak power density and pulse repetition rate he was able to induce auditory sensations in the frequency range 5kHz and higher.

In the early 1970s Joseph Sharp and Mark Grove at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research took Frey's work one step further by successfully transmitting speech using pulsed microwaves. Their work is mentioned in the 1975 article "Microwaves and Behavior" and in the 1978 text "Microwave Auditory Effects and Applications" by James C. Lin. The image to the left shows the modulation scheme used by Sharp and Grove.

The first patent for microwave hearing communication was filed on December 19, 1983 by Philip Stocklin of Satellite Beach, FL ("Hearing Device"). No follow-up information is available on the efficacy of this device other than that Stocklin's theory has been discredited in favor of the thermoelastic mechanism. The second patent by a private entity was filed in 1988 ("Hearing System") which claims a novel application of signal bursts to create intelligible communication.

It wasn't until 1996 that the US Air Force filed patent "Method and device for implementing the radio frequency hearing effect" which was accepted in 2002 and subsequently modified as "Apparatus for audibly communicating speech using the radio frequency hearing effect". The objects of this invention include the intelligible encoding of speech, the intelligible demodulation of encoded speech by the microwave hearing effect and to "permit a message to be identified and understood as speech when a listener does not know beforehand that the message is speech". There has been reported successful demonstration of this patent using the double sideband balanced modulator approach.

It would also appear possible to create high fidelity speech in the human body, raising the possibility of covert suggestion and psychological direction... it may be possible to "talk" to selected adversaries in a fashion that would be most disturbing to them.

Application of the microwave hearing technology could facilitate a private message transmission. It may be useful to provide a disruptive condition to a person not aware of the technology. Not only might it be disruptive to the sense of hearing, it could be psychologically devastating if one suddenly heard 'voices within one's head.'

Another application of the microwave hearing effect is to temporarily incapacitate an individual by creating a strong sensation of sound in the head. The non-lethal weapon MEDUSA utilizes this effect. A similar application has been proposed for birds in the path of airplanes.

A final note is the operational distance of the microwave transmitter. The "Bioeffects of Selected Nonlethal Weapons" study states:

Microwave energy can be applied at a distance, and the appropriate technology can be adapted from existing radar units. Aiming devices likewise are available but for special circumstances which require extreme specificity, there may be a need for additional development. Extreme directional specificity would be required to transmit a message to a single hostage surrounded by his captors. Signals can be transmitted long distances (hundreds of meters) using current technology. Longer distances and more sophisticated signal types will require more bulky equipment

So given the right technology it may be possible for a highly directional microwave transmitter mounted on a low Earth orbit satellite to transmit messages to an individual person using the microwave hearing effect.

US Patent 3,951,134 Apparatus and Method for Remotely Monitoring and Altering Brain Waves

This patent was filed August 5, 1974 by inventor Robert G. Malech of Plainview, NY and assignee Dorne & Margolin Inc. of Bohemia, NY (in the names notice the similarity to the Bohemian Grove Cremation of Care ritual where a child effigy is burned as, according to some, a sacrifice to Molech). The patent itself describes a method to monitor and activate brain activity using directed electromagnetic radiation without the use of local sensors. It indicates that two beams are fired such that their intersection defines the spatial location to be sensed or influenced and the type of interaction to occur. Since the patent was granted April 20, 1976 it is likely that the spatial resolution and decoding capabilities were minimal at best as the computational resources requisite for such operation, outside the classified realm, were limited at this time.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to apparatus and a method for monitoring brain waves wherein all components of the apparatus employed are remote from the test subject. More specifically, high frequency transmitters are operated to radiate electromagnetic energy of different frequencies through antennas which are capable of scanning the entire brain of the test subject or any desired region thereof. The signals of different frequencies penetrate the skull of the subject and impinge upon the brain where they mix to yield an interference wave modulated by radiations from the brain's natural electrical activity. The modulated interference wave is re-transmitted by the brain and received by an antenna at a remote station where it is demodulated, and processed to provide a profile of the suject's brain waves. In addition to passively monitoring his brain waves, the subject's neurological processes may be affected by transmitting to his brain, through a transmitter, compensating signals. The latter signals can be derived from the received and processed brain waves.

Psychic Driving

The US government has been researching psychoactive drugs as tools for mind control since at least 1942 around the time the OSS was formed (Psychoactives, War, and Covert Operations Timeline). I can relate from my experience that the government is now able to remotely induce alternate realities using drugs, hypnosis and high-stress psychological abuse such as psychic driving. During the peak of my awakening phase I went through what could best be described as acute brainwashing. The following passage from Psychoanalytic Quarterly, 27:612-613 (1958) describes the process of psychic driving:

Playing back to the patient, by means of tape recordings, important parts of therapy sessions has proved valuable in treatment. The procedure consists of insuring extended and repeated reaction by the patient to his own verbal cues ('autopsychic driving') or cues verbalized by the therapist, but based on the patient's psychodynamics ('heteropsychic driving'). Since this compels a continued response within a field largely limited by the cue material, it has been termed 'psychic driving'. Selection of a satisfactory key statement for psychic driving requires awareness of the patient's major problems. Autopsychic driving has as its primary value the penetration of defenses, elicitation of hitherto inaccessible material, and the setting up of a dynamic implant. Its purpose is usually achieved within thirty minutes of driving. Heteropsychic driving is best carried on over extended periods (ten to twelve hours daily in hospitalized patients or during sleep). Its primary uses are changing of attitudes and setting up a dynamic implant.

Psychic driving has been used in many ways: with pillow and ceiling microphones, presentation of the same theme in different ways, isolation of patient, etc. Purely mechanical variations seem of little importance. The responses to psychic driving include immediately constructive reactions, partial blocking, rejection and later acceptance, and rejection and escape, among others. By this method, the patient is shielded from the full implication of his own verbal communications. The voice sounds different. One's own voice is heard ordinarily as a synthesis of air and tissue conduction. Defense against hearing what one does not wish to hear is organized against the synthesis of tissue and air conduction. In psychic driving, tissue conduction is eliminated and thus there is a new situation against which defenses have not been organized. This breakdown in the shielding occasioned by elimination of tissue conduction is one of the basic reasons why driving is effective in penetrating defenses and in enlarging the area of the patient's communication, both to himself and to others. The patient is able to understand more of his communication when it is driven than when he hears it for the first time because of the differences in talking and listening. As the driving circuit is played back repeatedly, both patient and therapist hear more and react more extensively.

Driving (driven material) is verbalization of a part of a community of action tendencies, with reference, for example, to the relationship to the mother, to self-assertion, or to sexual experiences. The reheard verbalizations constitute a cue which will set the particular community of action tendencies into operation, and not any others. In ordinary therapy the patient tends to move away from a painful area; in psychic driving he is unable to do so. The endless repetition confines him to a continuous reactivation of the particular community of concepts.

There are continuing effects of psychic driving. Striking continuously at a given community of action tendencies produces intensification of the individual's behavior. He becomes tense or anxious and this provides the persistent driving force of the implant. Efforts at freeing himself from this intensification cause continuous reactivation of the area concerned and thus further recoganization of the area is brought about. Psychic driving invariably produces responses which tend ultimately to be therapeutic.

In reference to the psychic driving messages, Dominic Streatfeild author of "Brainwash: The Secret History of Mind Control" writes:

The messages were varied. Initially it was deemed best that the patients were played recordings of their own voices ('autopsychic driving') but when they found this unsettling, Cameron and his staff recorded suitable messages for them ('heteropsychic driving'). Then the technique was honed further. 'He had what he called a negative tape,' recalls Roper, 'which was, "There's something wrong with you, nobody likes you. You've got serious problems." Then there was a positive one. "People like you. You like people." He had a programme where he would sometimes play the negative tape first and then the positive one.'

In my case markedly more disturbing phrases from a variety of different voices (including my own) have been used as well as visual and vocal thought insertions and body overlays which at times felt like I was being possessed. The communications enveloped different scenarios putting me in a state of flux as to what was happening.

Global Brain

So the quest is cognitive computing which is about engineering aspects of mind such as emotion, perception, sensation, cognition, emotion, action, interaction by reverse engineering the brain and then to deploy this technology by connecting it to vast array of sensors, billions trillions of sensors such as sight, hearing, taste, touch and smell but even going further to non-biological sensors, sensors for example monitoring the forest, sensors monitoring the oceans, sensor moni... sensors monitoring people, animals, organizations, homes, cars and to stream this vast amount of data in real-time or near real-time to global brain that can extract patterns, large scale invariant patterns from the sensory overload and to act and respond to this data

It should be noted that remote sensing can be used for monitoring purposes in addition to in situ sensors such as telemetry implants.

It may be that in future society nanobots will be used for high-resolution in situ brain monitoring and communication through something like 'global brain'. However, I tend to believe that implants are unnecessary for neural monitoring since it would mean that every synchronistic human event I have experienced was due to a select portion of people having nanorobotic implants. This would be unlikely if they are expensive and difficult to install on a wide scale. Neural implants themselves have been in use since the 1950s from rudimentary devices such as José Delgado's stimoceiver to modern-day electrode chips such as BrainGate.

Observable Classified Satellites

The US classified fleet includes IMINT satellites, SIGINT satellites, MASINT satellites and covert communications satellites. The satellites shown in this simulation can be observed either with the unaided eye, binoculars, telescopes and/or photographic techniques. The number shown is presumably less than the entire classified fleet since stealth technology is used by some. The element sets for this simulation are from Heavens Above and Mike McCants' Satellite Tracking TLE ZIP Files. The software used is JSatTrak.

The Joint Functional Component Command for Space (JFCC-SPACE) and the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) are tasked with operating these satellites. The following is a quote which explains (note: in 2002 USSPACECOM was absorbed into USSTRATCOM to eventually become JFCC-SPACE):

The DoD has two organisations dealing with satellite reconnaissance---the US Space Command (SPACECOM) and the NRO. Before 1992, the SPACECOM was responsible for the launching and maintenance of what were called "white world satellites", that is, satellites, whose launchings and existence in orbit were openly admitted by the DoD.These were meant for military communication, weather and navigation purposes. The NRO was responsible for the launching and maintenance of "black world satellites", that is, satellites meant for clandestine intelligence collection purposes, whose launchings and existence were not admitted. In fact, before 1992, even the existence of the NRO as an organisation was not admitted.

However, in 1992, it was decided to declassify the fact of the existence of the NRO and, since then, the launchings and existence of a number of intelligence collection satellites of the NRO have been announced. Like the chiefs of other intelligence agencies, Director, NRO, too now testifies in public before the congressional intelligence oversight committees. However, he has a right to demand that sensitive portions of his testimony be treated as classified.

NSA SIGINT and DIA MASINT

NSA SIGINT

There are multiple UKUSA facilities across the globe which intercept communications traffic such as telephone/cellphone calls, faxes and Internet activity by tapping into fiber optic networks and satellite transmissions. This Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) network is known as ECHELON and according to open information sources it collects all telecommunications traffic both foreign and domestic which is then analyzed by National Security Agency (NSA) supercomputers for activity of interest. Here is the official report and a kml of ECHELON sites which you can view with Google Earth. In the satellite imagery you can see large spherical structures known as radomes some of which according to the report cover the microwave antenna used to eavesdrop on telecommunications satellites such as the INTELSAT fleet.

You may also be familiar with the recent controversy over domestic wiretapping by the NSA in collaboration with major telecommunications companies such as Verizon and AT&T. According to NSA whistleblower Russell Tice "it didn't matter whether you were in Kansas... and you never made... foreign communications at all. They monitored all communications". He goes on to say "I'm sure the information -- the collection was digitized and put on databases somewhere".

DIA MASINT

As I can attest from my own experience, the government's surveillance program is more than just eavesdropping. The branch of intelligence collection which by definition would include remote measurement of brain signatures is known as Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT). Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) and its subdisclipine Telemetry Intelligence (TELINT) may overlap in this regard for example when monitoring neural implants or electromagnetic emissions from the body. The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) is the head organization that manages MASINT for the Department of Defense (DoD). The collection and processing of space-based MASINT is carried out by JFCC-SPACE and the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO). These agencies and commands are highly secretive and operate outside of common morals, ethics and laws so a circumspect set of assumptions and logic are necessary to uncover the truth.

There are three components to this system which I have hypothesized as being necessary for it to operate:

1. Underground Bases
Contrary to popular belief, underground bases are not just the speculation of fringe conspiracy theorists and science-fiction authors but are in fact proven to exist which is not surprising considering the threat of nuclear attack during the Cold War. The main facility in the public eye is the former headquarters of NORAD at Cheyenne Mountain in Colorado. Also known to the public yet veiled in secrecy is Mount Weather in Virginia which serves as the headquarters of a component of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Where the mind monitoring system is centrally located is not known. Some wild guesses are STRATCOM headquarters in Nebraska, a deep underground mine in Nevada or even somewhere under the Pacific. Since it is a military target of high strategic value as well as a socio-political threat, it is most likely well hidden and secure from attack.

2. Molecular Computing
According to technological trends, artificial intelligence is expected to match or exceed biological intelligence in 20-30 years. The human brain is roughly estimated to operate at 20 petaFLOPS (approximating 100 billion neurons with 1,000 synapses each where each synapse processes 200 operations per second). Right now the fastest unclassified supercomputer Roadrunner at Los Alamos National Laboratories has sustained 1 petaFLOPS and occupies a footprint of 560 sq. meters. Thus it would take a cluster of Roadrunners about the size of two football fields to match the raw processing power of one human brain. Quantum computing would exponentially improve this space/time constraint by parallelizing operations using quantum superposition which could optimistically speed up the 1 petaFLOPS (10^15) binary computer to a 1 yottaFLOPS (10^24) 30-qubit quantum computer. This exponential increase in processing power makes problems such as brain decoding and simulation feasible for a large portion, if not all, of the population in a real-time network. Another possibility is nanotube computing. Fully developed nanotube technology (first synthesized in 1991) is estimated to have processing power on the order of yottaflops in a single one inch cube (a billion times faster than today's fastest supercomputer). Using these rough estimates this is more than enough to process the minds of the entire population in a processor the size of a shoebox.

3. Constellation of Remote Sensing Satellites
A common misconception is that there will always be a 1-2 second lag for satellite communications as seen in televised interviews from places like Iraq. This lag is due to high-altitude satellites which operate roughly 36,000 km above the Earth's surface. Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellites are much closer operating between 160 and 2000 km. While this lower altitude decreases lag so as to be imperceptible it also limits coverage area and thus requires multiple satellites operating as a constellation to attain global coverage. As an example, the satellite phone company Iridium Satellite LLC has a constellation of 66 active satellites in low earth orbit.Since LEO satellite constellations can establish line-of-sight paths with imperceptible lag between any two points on the Earth's surface they are the most likely platform for a global remote sensing network where millisecond response times are critical for operation. Medium Earth Orbit (MEO) satellites are also a possibility though would require a specialized architecture to maintain global coverage at the speed of perception (~50-150ms). For example multiple processing facilities could be placed at strategic locations across the globe and synchronized over a ground network.

From these constellations unclassified sensors are not yet capable of imaging the brain although this may change with advancing technology. For example, it may be possible to extend the range of a local sensor, such as used with functional near-infrared imaging (fNIR), from centimeters to hundreds of kilometers by combining it with a remote sensing methodology such as LIDAR (which is improving to the point where the distance to an object several hundred kilometers away can be detected up to a nanometer--3 orders of magnitude smaller than a neuron). There are various transmission windows in the electromagnetic spectrum including the IR band which could allow these signals to penetrate cloud cover and propagate smoothly between the ground and space and in the case of quantum radar penetrate underground as well as underwater.

These signals also have the capacity to interact intelligibly with the brain. Pulse modulated electromagnetic radiation has been shown to induce what is known as the microwave hearing effect which evolved from rudimentary clicks in the 1940s to voiced communication in the 1970s. Also, infrared lasers have been shown to control the firing of nerves in rats. These remote means of non-invasive interaction with the brain preclude any requirement for radio-frequency chips or neural implants.

Hello and welcome to my blog. Here I will post material on the activation of human behavior by remote means and how it relates to my personal experience. I became aware of this subject in 2006 when the government began openly communicating with me through remote sensing technology. These communications have taken the form of psychic driving, clicks and high frequency ringing, to name a few. While I don't know why this is being done, one guess is so that I will leave a record of my experience.
